Mr. Winfred “Lamar” Miolen, 72, of LaGrange passed away Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2018, at Piedmont Midtown Hospital in Columbus, Georgia. Mr. Miolen was born May 15, 1946 in Calhoun, Georgia, the son of the late Christopher & Gladys Langston Miolen. He was the owner of LaGrange Stainless, Inc. and a member of Western Heights Baptist Church. Lamar enjoyed reading the Bible, playing golf and was a United States Navy Veteran. 

Survivors include his son, Brett Miolen; wife, Andrea; daughters, Amanda Langley and Abbie Carnes; grandchildren, Jonathan Shaffer and Hadley Miolen; and beloved family and friends.

Funeral services for Mr. Lamar Miolen will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018 from Western Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Jason Jones officiating. The family will receive friends Friday evening at the funeral home from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday morning from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Grayhill Baptist Church Cemetery.
