Joan Green, 42, of Hogansville passed away Sunday, Oct. 21, 2018, in Newnan, Georgia. Joan was born Cheryl Joan Hudson, Dec. 16, 1975, in LaGrange, the daughter of the late Crawford and Erin Caswell Hudson. She was a 1993 graduate of Troup High School and a member of Faith Baptist Church. Joan was an employee of Hyundai Glovis.

Survivors include her husband, Wesley (Wes) Green, Hogansville, Georgia; son, Cordale Crawford Green, Wewahitchka, Florida, son, Emerald Preston Green, Hogansville, Georgia; daughter, Gem Marbalean Green, Hogansville, Georgia; sisters, Terri Hudson, LaGrange, Georgia, Lisa Koone, LaGrange, Georgia; sister-in-law, Lesi Green.

Memorial services for Joan Green will be held at 7 p.m., Monday, Oct. 29, 2018, from the chapel of the Hunter-Allen-Myhand Funeral Home with Pastor Donald Yancey officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday afternoon from 6 p.m. until the service hour of 7 p.m.
