The Thursday Lunch Club met at noon Nov. 1, 2018, in the Fellowship Hall of the LaGrange First United Methodist Church. There were 84 people. 

The tables were decorated with falls leaves and sheet music of traditional hymns to coincide with time of year and entertainment by the Elizabeth Circle of the LaGrange First UMC. 

Joyce Morgan Young introduced The Dulcimer Troopers. The group was started 20 years ago by Nancy Larson and performs for many community events. The group performed contemporary, folk songs and hymns.

The next meeting of TLC will be Thursday Dec. 6 in the Fellowship Hall of the LaGrange First United Methodist Church. The Sons of Lafayette will entertain the attendees.
