John C. Chappell Sr. of Senoia, Georgia passed away at his home on Nov. 15, 2018. He was 88.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Shirley; six children, John Jr. (Sue), Paul, David (Debbie), Richard (Jane), William and Elizabeth; seven grandchildren: Stephanie, Micah (Alexandra), Brandon (Amy), Alex (Kristin), Anna (Barak), Alyssa and James; and great grandchildren Easton and Torrie; several nieces and nephews.  Online thoughts and condolences may be expressed to the family at Higginsfuneralhomes.com. 

John was born on Nov. 6, 1930, to Amos and Grace Adcock Chappell.
