Mrs. Carol Toney, 69, of Hogansville, passed away Monday, Nov. 19, 2018, at her home.

Mrs. Toney was born Nov. 23, 1948, in Floyd County, daughter of the late Hubert and Harriett Lowry Cline.  She had been a resident of Hogansville for 46 years, was a member of Bible Baptist Church and had been employed by Jindal Films.

Survivors include her sons, Grady V. Toney of Franklin and Samuel J. Toney (Adena) of Luthersville; daughters, Barbara Grice (Raymond) of Centre, Alabama, and Ellen Brewer (James) of Hogansville; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild on the way.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Toney was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Calvin Toney.

The funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 21, at Bible Baptist Church. 

The Rev. Jerome Wood will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery.
