Phyllis Marie Morrison passed away at her home on Friday, Nov. 16, 2018, after battling stage 4 ovarian cancer over the past year.

Phyllis was 70 years of age at the time of passing. She was a native of Bellwood, Pennsylvania born on April 17, 1948, and moved to LaGrange, Georgia, in August of 1987. She was self-employed as a house keeper.  Phyllis was predeceased by her mother and father, Madaline (McCall) and Allen Gill, her sister Reba (Gill) Cherry, her brother, Harold Gill and nephews, Steve Cherry and Jeffery Gill.

She was a kind, loving, and caring sister, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, and aunt.

She will be lovingly remembered by her loved ones, daughter, Tina Bates; son and daughter-in-law, David and Connie Morrison; sister and brother-in-law, Darlene and Dan Martz; grandchildren, Phillip and Jeannie Bates, Sarah Bates, Christopher Morrison, and Anthony Shirey; great grandchildren, Victoria Porter, Lily Bates, Nolan Bates, Spencer Shirey, and Keilan Shirey; and many nieces and nephews.

There are no arrangements or visitation per Phyllis’s request. Phyllis you will be greatly missed. We love you.
