The LaGrange Police Department is investigating a Friday night robbery at a convenience store on Fourth Avenue.

According to a LPD press release, officers responded to the call of an armed robbery at the AAA Food Mart on Fourth Avenue around 9:20 p.m.

Officers met with a store clerk, who told police that three black males with their faces covered had entered the store and demanded money, according to the press release.

The clerk told police that one of the males pointed a handgun at her. The three males fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to the press release.
