Mr. Lee McKee Jr.,75, of Pine Mountain, passed away on Sunday at WellStar West Georgia Hospice. 

Mr. Lee McKee, Jr. the son of the late Gilbert Walker and Lillie Hazel McKee was born in Meriwether County.

Mr. McKee was a graduate of Carver High School class of 1963, attended Troup Vocational-Tech and was an expert machinist with NOK.

He leaves to cherish his memory, two daughters, Consvella (Stacy) Curry of Newark, Ohio, and Alisha McKee of LaGrange, Georgia; two sons, Bruce (LaShonda) Grier of Pine Mountain, Georgia, and Enriquez McKee of LaGrange, Georgia; two brothers, four sisters, ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two god-granddaughters, three special cousins, family and friends.

He is preceded in death in addition to his parents by his wife, Marie Tucker McKee.

Funeral services with Military Honors will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Pine Mountain with the Rev. Gregory Turks officiating and the Rev. Julian L. Warner Sr., eulogist. The interment will be in the Trinity Baptist Church Cemetery in Durand. The family will receive friends at the home of his children at 125 Redwood Dr.
