Patricia Brown Cosper (Patsy), 86, of LaGrange, Georgia, went to be with the Lord on Dec. 17, 2018, from West Georgia Hospice.

Mrs. Cosper was born Sept. 3, 1932, in Bowdon, Georgia, the daughter of the late Joe and Johnie Rae Brown. She was a member of First Baptist Church in LaGrange, Georgia. Mrs. Cosper was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Cosper Sr., son, Mike Cosper, and son-in-law, Ralls Brown. 

Survivors include her children, Billy (Becky) Cosper Jr., Susan Brown, Dr. Steve Cosper and Kathy Oliver; grandchildren, Robert (Brenda) Mathews IV, Stephanie (Scott) Purdy, Natalie Vining, Michael (Tana) Brown, Brooke Oliver and Kristin Oliver; great-grandchildren, Taylor (Christian) Presley, Alexandra Purdy, Kori Vining, John-Michael Brown and Zachary Brown; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Graveside funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2018, in Shadowlawn Cemetery with the Rev. Billy Allen officiating. The gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday evening from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
