Henry Lewis Gilbert passed away Wednesday.

He was born Nov. 19, 1963, in Troup County, Georgia, to the late Essie B. Gilbert and Mattie Eunice Gilbert.

He united with the Antioch Baptist Church in LaGrange, Georgia.

Survivors include six brothers, the Rev. Tommy (Gaynell) Gilbert, John (Viola) Gilbert, Eddie B. Reed, the Rev. C. F. Reed, Willie (Judy) Reed, all of LaGrange, Georgia, James Reed, of Atlanta, Georgia; six sisters, Mary (Anthony) Cunningham, Betty Shavers, Mattie Reed, Ollie Gilbert, Gail (Nathan) Tatum, Mattie Reed, Ollie Gilbert, Gail (Nathan) Tatum, Christina Gilbert; brother-in-law, Arthur Sellars, all of LaGrange, Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends, Amos Clark, Jerry Burks and Frank Black.

The service will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church.

The family will be at their home at 807 Juniper Street. The excellent care of Mr. Gilbert is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
