Maxine Davis Andrews, 86, passed away on Monday, Dec. 24, 2018, at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill. All services will be private.

Maxine was a daughter of the late Andrew Dewey Davis and Flora Gibson Davis. She was the widow of Myron “Mike” Jennings Andrews, and was a member of First Presbyterian Church in York.

She is survived by her children, Teri Carpenter (Sam) of Kings Creek, Mike Andrews (Donna) of Rock Hill, Vann Andrews of Chester, Susan Wyant (Mark) of York, sister Flora Sims of LaGrange, Georgia; grandchildren, Brooke Munsey (Christopher), Lauren Hall (Kendall), Jackson Andrews (Meaghan), Jake Walden (Stacey), Todd Walden, Jenna Walden; 11 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
