Mrs. Bernice Dunson passed away Friday.

She was born May 1, 1942, to the late Maggie Henderson in Franklin, Georgia. 

She graduated from East Depot High School, and united with Ebenezer Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children, Ronnie (Veronica) Dunson, Debra Dunson, Freddie Dunson Jr., Danny Dunson, Quinton Harris, Cokeitha Dunson and Mercedes Person, all of LaGrange, Georgia, and Donnie Dunson of College Park, Georgia; 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Joyce (Johnny) Simpson, of LaGrange, Georgia, Ms. Jean Person, of Atlanta, Georgia, Mrs. Ann Williams, of Fayetteville, Georgia, brother, Jerry Person, of Decatur, Georgia, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and  friends.

The service will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Confidence Baptist Church. The excellent care of Mrs. Dunson is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
