Mrs. Ellen Algalene “Angie” Rearden

Mrs. Ellen Algalene “Angie” Rearden, 81, of LaGrange, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2019, at Hospice LaGrange. Mrs. Rearden was born Sept. 30, 1937, in LaGrange, Georgia, daughter of the late John William Noles and Edna Ruth Brown Noles. She was employed with West Point Pepperell for more than 50 years and was the owner of Angie’s Greenhouse.

Survivors include the love of her life, Joe C. Rearden; brother, J.W. Noles, Jr.; sisters, Shirley Fuller, Pamela Davis, Nonnie (Eldridge) Lumpkin all of LaGrange, Georgia, and Joyce Devier (Clint) Looser of Dothan, Alabama; step daughter, Debra Ruf; step grandson, Jonathan Cochran; two step great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, 2019, in Meadoway Gardens Cemetery with the Rev. Max McCord and the Rev. Ben Turner officiating.

The gathering of family and friends will be Thursday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, LaGrange, Georgia.
