National real estate investment and development firm, Silver Companies, announced development of a new townhome rental community featuring 276 units. According to a press release from Silver Companies, the community will be located in the Bryant Lake Subdivision, centrally located between Auburn, Alabama, and Newnan, Georgia, with easy access to Interstate 85.

LaGrange based business, Stothard Engineering, has been assigned the project and will be working as the civil engineer and land surveyors throughout the property development phase.

Residents will have with first class amenities, including an appointed clubhouse, resort style pool, fitness center and playground. The community will offer two and three-bedroom townhomes and feature modern Craftsman facades.

Silver Companies has acquired, developed, owned and sold multi-family properties throughout the United States and has built their own brand of luxury apartments under the name Silver Collection, according to the press release.

Every Silver Collection community has built-in recreation with entertainment lounges, coffee bars, cyber cafés, grilling stations and outdoor fire pits. Ongoing social activities include free daily continental breakfast, happy hours, holiday parties and game nights, all held within amenity spaces that include 16,000 square-foot clubhouses, resort style pools with sundecks, fitness centers and steam rooms.
