Harlon Franklin Langford, age 82, of West Point, passed away at his residence on Feb. 2, 2019. He was born on Feb. 9, 1936, to the late Harvey Langford and Harriett Estelle Browning Langford in West Point, Georgia. He was a lifelong member of the Murphy Avenue Church of Christ in LaGrange.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sons, Kenneth Langford Sr., Harlon Mark Langford; brothers, Harvey Langford, Charles Langford; sisters, Virginia Merrill, Laree Wingo, Jean Boyd.

Survivors include his wife, Eva Ivella Fordham Langford; sons, Kelvin Langford, Craig Langford (Leslie); daughters, Kathy Ruffin (James), Wanda Sewell (Steven), Amy Seppala (Dwayne); grandchildren, Shelly Bassett, Mark Hawkins, Kenneth Langford, Jr., Kristi Searels, Timothy Langford, Phillip Pressley, Michael Pressley, Samantha Turner, Amanda Alvarado, Audrey Nichols, Hillary Bradford; daughter-in-law, Debra Langford; step granddaughter, Dianna Seppala; 28 great grandchildren; extended friends and family.  Family will have visitation from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 4, 2019, at the Higgins LaGrange Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019, at the Four Oaks Church of Christ, 2600 Roanoke Rd, LaGrange, GA 30240. Pastor Larry Thompson will be officiating the service.
