Charles Uwaraj Toolsie, age 59, of 207 June Wood Drive died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019, at his home.  Charles was born on Jan. 25, 1960, to Radika Toolsie and the late Enal Toolsie in Trinidad and Tabago in the West Indies.  He completed his education in Trinidad prior to his arrival in the United Sates.  He held employment as a store manager for Spectrum Stores and later became a business owner of the Engraving Company in LaGrange. Charles attended the New Community Church. 

Survivors include his loving mother, Radika Toolsie; his honorary U.S. mother, Blanche Johnson; six children; six grandchildren; a special friend, Jewel Kissum and several other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by a sister, Savitri Panchu.

A homegoing celebration for Charles Toolsie will be held on Friday, Feb. 8, 2019, at 2 p.m. at West Georgia Mortuary Chapel.
