Sharon Clara Marglin passed away Thursday.

She was born April 1, 1949, to the late Susie Mosley and Freddie Marglin in New York City.

She graduated from East Depot High School in 1969, was a member of New Community Church and retired from Live Oak Plant.

Survivors include her daughter, Lisa Charleen Marglin; three grandchildren; one great granddaughter; one sister, Virginia (George) Durham, two god-daughters; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. The service will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Confidence Baptist Church.
