Mrs. Parnell Formbley Kelley–Easley

Parnell Formbley Kelley-Easley passed away Friday.

She was born June 11, 1931, in Gabbettville (Troup County), Georgia, to Eddie B. and Sally Lynch Formbly.

She grew up in LaGrange, Georgia, attended East Depot High School and graduated from The Detroit Barber College. 

Parnell worked at Mansours Department store for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Dr. Rev. Paul H. Easley, Sr.; her daughter, RaNelle Arlene Kelly, both of Atlanta, Georgia; stepdaughter, Verita (Joshua) Green of California; stepsons, Paul H. Easley, Jr. and David (Megan) Easley of Florida; six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; sister, Eddie Mae Amos, Detroit, MI; nieces, nephews, and a host of great nieces and great nephews.

The service will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at St. James CME Church.

The excellent care of Mrs. Easley is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
