Quydarius Martez Weldon passed away Wednesday.

He was born Oct. 20, 1994, in LaGrange, Georgia to Tori Weldon and the late, Martez Tucker.

P.J., as he was known, attended LaGrange High School.

Survivors include his mother, Tori (Mike Brewer) Weldon; grandparents, Alfreda (Anthony) Freeman and Albert (Annette) Tucker; great grandmother, Sarah Davis; great grandfather, Joe Weldon; sisters, Toriaunica Weldon, Samarria Weldon, Nyla Weldon, Asia McQueen, Shaidaja Strickland, Nartinuna Green and Jariah Green; brother, Tayveon Weldon; and a host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The service will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Bethlehem  Baptist Church.

The family will be at their home at 114 West Greenwich.
