Mrs. Marion E. Dunn, 89, of Pine Mountain, GA passed away Monday, March 4, 2019, at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center.

Mrs. Dunn was born Jan. 19, 1930, in Forsyth, Georgia, daughter of the late John Etheridge and Minnie Byrd Etheridge.  She was a devoted member of First Baptist Church of Pine Mountain, Georgia and was employed with Callaway Gardens before retiring.  She served as a volunteer with Pine Mountain Tourism and West Georgia Medical Center.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Dunn.

Survivors include her daughters, Carol Chumley and Sharon Hickmon; siblings, Del Etheridge and John Etheridge; grandchildren, Kim Yarbrough, Carrie Driver, Lucie Ausburn, Joe Cozart Jr., Maggie Greenwood, and Mandie Johnson; great-grandchildren, Josh Yarbrough, Danny Yarbrough, Cody Bray, Cason Driver, Ethan Ausburn, Hadley Ausburn, Mitchell Cozart, Mary Claire Cozart, Annie Kate Cozart, Wyatt Greenwood, Jacob Greenwood, Blakeley Johnson, Mattie Johnson, and Camden Johnson; and several nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life services will be held 3 p.m. Thursday, March 7, 2019, at First Baptist Church, Pine Mountain, Georgia with the Rev. Joel Chapman and Rev. Bryan Geter officiating.  Burial will follow in Pine Mountain Cemetery. 

The gathering of family and friends will be on Thursday from 1:30 p.m.. to 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Pine Mountain, Georgia.
