Mrs. Lelia Ann Strozier Jackson

Lelia Ann Strozier Jackson passed away Friday.

She was born in Meriwether County to Mrs. Tommie L. Strozier and the late James Strozier.

Lelia graduated from Meriwether High School, class of 1963; and was a faithful member of Freedom Holiness Church.

Survivors include her children, Guantella J. Simmons, Shalanda Jackson and Earlie Strozier; two grandchildren, one great grandchild; mother, Tommie L. Strozier; two brothers, the Rev. George (Sandra) Strozier and Daniel (Cheryl) Strozier; six sisters, Mary Weaver, Sylvia (Tommy) Towns, Beatrice Tiggs, Grace (Walter) Tiggs, Barbara (David) Hutchins, Angela (Calvin) Parks; sister-in-law, Robin Strozier; brother-in-law, Robert Tiggs; two aunts, Cleo S. Mapp and Daisy L. Strozier; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

The service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Branch Hebron Baptist Church.

The excellent care of Mrs. Jackson is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
