Billy Ray Buchanan, of LaGrange, passed away on March 24, 2019, at the WellStar West Georgia Hospice. He was born on Nov. 19, 1958, to Margaret Whitten Westberry and the late James E. Buchanan in LaGrange, Georgia.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Bales; mother, Margaret Whitten Westberry; brother, Aaron Buchanan, Eddie Wayne Buchanan; sisters, Margaret Parker, Brenda Sims, Beverly Mitchell. Many nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at 3 p.m. at the Higgins LaGrange Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Pruitt officiating.
