Mrs. Janice Wright Gaulding, 72, of Hogansville, passed away Sunday, Apr. 21, 2019, at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. Mrs. Gaulding was born Jan. 7, 1947 in Newnan, daughter of the late W. Ashley Wright and Mary Emily Floyd Wright. She retired after more than 40 years of service as an executive assistant for J. Smith Lanier & Co., working in the Newnan and West Point offices. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Hogansville.

Survivors include her husband, Clint Gaulding of Hogansville; son and daughter in-law, Jeffrey and Jennifer Gaulding of Peachtree Corners; granddaughters, Kaitlyn Gaulding and Caroline Gaulding; sister Mary Kathryn Wright of Alpharetta; and brother, Charles Wright of Greenville, SC. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Melissa Gaulding.

The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, at the graveside in Shadowlawn Cemetery, with Rev.
