Mr. James Elmo Daniel passed away Thursday at WellStar West Georgia Hospice in LaGrange, Georgia.

He was born March 28, 1954 in Pine Mountain to James Elbert Daniel and Core Harris Daniel. James was employed by Mountville Mills and owned a Lawn Care Service.

Survivors include his wife, Josephine Daniel; five daughters,  Veronica Daniel, Dorothy (Wilie) Daniel, Monica Daniel, Tara Daniel, Yolanda (Dantoris) Wright; two sons,  Russell (Nita) Dumas and James Goss; one step son, Tommy Davis; six sisters,  Edna Scott, Carolyn Robinson, Bertha Daniel, Brenda (Donald) Jarrett, Mary Hinton; two brothers:  Alvin Daniel and Travis (Cynthia) Daniel; and a host of relatives.

The Service will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Bethany Baptist Church. The family will be at their home at 612 Murphy Avenue.
