Mr. Horace Willard Worley, age 92, of LaGrange, passed away on June 19, 2019 at the WellStar West Georgia Medical Center.  Mr. Worley was born on May 5, 1927 in LaGrange to the late Edward Worley and Lester Charlotte Worley.  He was the last of 11 children born to the Worley family.  Mr. Worley was a life-long resident of LaGrange and worked for West Point Stevens for over 45 years.  He was a member of Shoal Creek Baptist Church where he had served as a Deacon, Sunday School Teacher and choir member. Survivors include his wife of 74 years, Alice Pauline Reason Worley; sons, Raymond Lewis Worley (Cuc) and Randy Worley (Lori Drake); daughters, Anita Dial and Paula Teague (Tim); grandchildren, Wayne “Rock” Worthy, Kenneth Worley, Tony Worthy, Cindy Roberts, Lisa Curran, Amy Nixon, Shane Cummings (Leah) and Daniel Cummings (Shannon); 16 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Shoal Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Anthony Hovey officiating.  Interment to follow at Shadowlawn Cemetery.  Family will receive friends at the church on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until service hour.
