The LaGrange Memorial Library recently announced that it will be joining the America Library Association (ALA) and other libraries nationwide for Library Card Sign-Up Month.

The public libraries in Troup County provide large amounts of free access to digital resources, learning tools, public computers, materials, books and more.

The LML hosts free events throughout the summer and year for children. The summer reading program encourages kids to get out of the house, learn something new and to grab a book. Through those events, it’s clear the library plays an important role in the education and development of children.
