Mrs. Cristy Coble Stallworth

Cristy Coble Stallworth, age 55, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 12, 2019. She was born to Hilda Coble and Billy Coble of Lewisburg, Tennessee. Cris graduated from Marshall County High School in 1981. S

he then attended Auburn University graduating with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. She married Francis Dennis “Tripp” Stallworth, III on Sept. 7, 1985, and moved to Monroe County where she lived over 30 years as a loving mother to four children.

Cris is survived by her four children, Cameron Stallworth Galle (James), Brantley Dianne Stallworth Smith (Rayford), Mary Helen Stallworth Hutcherson (Mark), and Francis Dennis “Dent” Stallworth, IV; her grandchildren James Orey Galle Jr. and Anne Maddox Galle; her mother, Hilda Maddox Coble, Santa Rosa, Florida formally of LaGrange; father William Henry Coble Jr, and stepmother Marsha Abernathy Coble; three brothers William Henry “Chip” Coble, III, Cameron Jay Coble (Lee Anne), and Charles Alex “Chuck” Coble (Becky); and step sister Kathryn Chaffin Hawkins (Hale); and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at the First United Methodist Church in Monroeville with burial following at the Stallworth Cemetery in Beatrice.

Memorial contributions can be made to First United Methodist Church of Monroeville or King’s Kids Foundation. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
