Ms. Keturah J. Dowell of 610 Ginger Circle passed away Sunday at WellStar West Georgia Medical Center. The family will be at their home and at 1002 Second Avenue. Arrangements will be announced by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
