LaGrange Academy’s softball team made it a season sweep of rival Flint River Academy with a 3-0 road win on Thursday.

Amber Corley had a big day for LaGrange Academy on the mound, and at the plate.

Corley threw a complete-game shutout, holding Flint River to two hits while striking out 12.

Offensively, Corley had two of LaGrange Academy’s four hits, and she scored a run.

Natalee Waddell had a hit and an RBI, Megan Allen had a double, a walk, and a run scored, and Laney Lackey walked twice and scored a run.
