Martha Anne Lanier Schuman, 89, was born on March 16, 1930 to T. Herman Lanier Sr. and Lola Lexa Lanier. She Graduated from Rosemont High School and West Georgia College. Martha was owner and operator of Davis Insurance Agency and became a partner with Rhodes Roper Insurance. She was a member of Pilot Club and Independent Insurance Agents Association of Brevard County. Martha was a devout member of 1st Baptist Church of Melbourne for 56 years where she taught Sunday school and was a nursery volunteer.

She is survived by her sons Walter H. Davis, Jr. of Lagrange, GA and Daryl Davis of Sebastian, FL; grandsons Clint D. Davis II and Nicholas H. Davis and granddaughter Malorie Ann Montieth.

She is preceded in death by her husband Walter Herold Davis, Sr.; husband Austin E. Schuman and brothers T. Herman Lanier Jr. and Donald R. Lanier.

Graveside Services will be held Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Florida Memorial Gardens in Rockledge, FL.
