Mr. James Bishop Pursley, of Warm Springs, passed away on October 19, 2019 at the WellStar West Georgia Hospice.  Mr. Pursley was born on March 28, 1961 in LaGrange to the late Albert Pursley and Elsie Powell Wright.  He was a member of ThreeLife Church and worked at BID as a Supervisor.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Diane, his son Jeremy and his grandson Fisher;  Survivors include his wife, Wendy Dawn Adams Pursley; children, Kerry Cothran (Chris), Ariel Hensley (Sagel) Elicia Gordy, Jesi Klebs (Kevin) and Brandi Pugh (Ed); grandchildren. Ridge, Sydni, Katelyn, Tucker, Levi, Tyler, Graci, Dallis, Layla, Hunter, Stella, Kimber, Keyleigh, Mila and grandbaby number 16 due in April of 2020; siblings, Bill Pursley, Brenda Harden, Kathryn Knight, Shelby Jean Null, Erica Harden, Joyce Fincher, Christine Olverholser; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the ThreeLife Church. Mr. Pursley was an avid University of Georgia Bulldog fan.  The family will be wearing red and black Bulldog attire for the service and request you do the same.
