Patricia Ann Steele (Pringle ) age 66, of Roanoke, Alabama passed away on Friday, November 1st, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on December 4th, 1952 to the late David Pringle and Wandamaude “Wanda” Pringle (Tillis). She was retired from M&M Trucking as a Bookkeeper. Survivors include her husband, Robert Lamar Steele; children, Ryan Drury (Jennifer, his wife, preceded Mrs. Steele in death), Amanda Steele and Jennifer Wortham (Jeremy); sister, Lee Mabry; grandchildren, Kyia Drury, Dezmin Steele, Dayton Steele, Nadia Cunningham, Kase Johnson, Ky’las Greathouse, La’ryin Marshall, Gavin Wortham, Eli Steele and Audrey Wortham; aunt, Betty E. Green; cousin, Dorothy “Boots” Wells; extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents David Pringle and Wanda Pringle. The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 beginning at 11 a.m. Central Time at the First United Methodist Church of Roanoke, Alabama. Memorial services will begin at 12 p.m. Central Time in the Church Sanctuary with a luncheon to follow for family. Interment will be held on Tuesday following the luncheon at 3 p.m. Central Time in Centralhatchee, Georgia. Prior to her illness, Ann served as the President of the local Pilot Club. One of the main local projects that she helped coordinate was Christmas for Kids. The Pilot Club raises money, buys and distributes toys every year to Randolph County children in need.
