The LaGrange Police Department is looking for a male suspect who robbed a local convenience store at gunpoint Wednesday night.

The LPD responded to U.S. Food Mart, located at 1318 Hogansville Road in LaGrange, at 10:05 p.m. on Wednesday night in reference to an armed robbery. A store clerk told officers that a black male entered the store and took money from her at gunpoint.

The subject was described as tall and skinny and was wearing a white t-shirt over a red long sleeve shirt with black pants. The man’s face was covered, according to the press release.
