Kobe Hudson made his presence felt during the Army All-American Bowl on Saturday in San Antonio.

Playing alongside some of the top high-school football players in the country, Hudson had a touchdown catch from DJ Uiagelelei in the closing moments of the game.

Hudson was playing for the East squad, which lost to the West team 33-20.

With less than a minute left in the game, Uiageleli rolled to his left and found Hudson in the end zone for the short touchdown pass.

Hudson was a four-year starter at Troup, and he was a wide receiver his first two seasons at the school before playing quarterback the past two years.

Hudson was the Class AAAA player of the year after a memorable junior season while leading Troup to the state semifinals.

Hudson committed to Auburn in 2017, and he made it official in December when he signed his letter of intent.

Hudson is one of three local players who signed with Auburn in December.

From Callaway, running back Cartavious “Tank” Bigsby and offensive lineman Tate Johnson have already enrolled at Auburn.

Bigsby played in the Under Armour All-American Game last week.

Also, Callaway High graduate Keiondre Jones, an offensive lineman, has completed his red-shirt freshman season at Auburn.
