Connie Inez Sharman Titus, 70, of LaGrange, passed away Thursday, Jan. 16, 2020, at her home.

Mrs. Titus was born Oct. 3, 1949, in LaGrange, daughter of the late Denson Elon Sharman and Bonnie Mae Rosamond Sharman. 

She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and was employed with Hillside Pharmacy for many years, where she was an excellent cook. She loved her kitties. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Owens Titus and a brother, Robert “Bobby” Lee Sharman.

Survivors include her daughter, Kathy Titus Clegg (Bill); grandchildren, Gabriel Clegg, Layla Clegg, and Bill Clegg II; great grandchildren, Bradley Thomas Sanders and Zackery Sanders; siblings, Mary Ann Clark, Elizabeth Treadwell, Gail Treadwell, and Denson Sharman Jr.; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews.

Celebration of Life services will be held at noon Monday, Jan. 20, 2020, in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary with Reverend Michael Hornsby officiating.  Burial will follow in Restlawn Memory Gardens.  

The gathering of family and friends will be on Monday from 11 a.m. to noon at the funeral home.
