After months and sometimes years of consideration, it’s decision day for a handful of local football players.

Players from Callaway, LaGrange High and Troup will be signing their letters of intent during ceremonies on Wednesday.

First up will be Callaway’s ceremony at 10 a.m., and LaGrange’s players will be signing at 11:30 a.m.

Troup’s signing-day ceremony is at 1:30 p.m.

Those players will be joining the four local players who took advantage of the early signing period in December.

Callaway’s Cartavious “Tank” Bigsby and Tate Johnson and Troup’s Kobe Hudson signed with Auburn, and Callaway’s Jacob Freeman signed with Georgia State.

Some other players who don’t sign on Wednesday will make their decisions at a later date.
