Mrs. Betty Jean Sinkfield, 52 of 613 Snelson Street, died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2020, at her home. Mrs. Sinkfield, a native of Woodbury, Georgia, was the daughter of the late Willie and Mattie Dozier Hilton and the wife of the late Michael Sinkfield. She was a member of Woodbury Miracle Fellowship Center. She attended the public schools and she held employment at Sewon America, Inc. as a machine operator.
Survivors include her sister, Mrs. Willie Mae (the Rev. Terry) Gunn; two brothers, John Hilton and Reginald Hilton both of Woodbury, Georgia and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Services for Betty Jean Sinkfield will be held on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020, at 3 p.m. at Woodbury Miracle Fellowship Center, Hwy 85 South, Woodbury, Georgia.
Pastor Thomas Daniel will officiate with burial at the Walker Memorial Cemetery on Walker Road. The family will receive friends at the home of her sister, Mrs. Willie Mae Gunn at 152 Youngs Mill Road. West Georgia Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
