Tony Lamar Pruitt, Jr. passed away.

He was born to Annette Baugh and William Thornton on Aug. 19, 1965, in Atlanta, Georgia.

He attended Booker T. Washington High School in Atlanta, served in the US Army, and was employed by MARTA and Atlanta TECH.

Survivors include his children, Tony Pruitt, Jr., Jabria Pruitt and Niya Pruitt; mother, Annette Baugh; step father, John Williams; brother, Lonnie Baugh; and a host of relatives and friends.

The service will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Warren Temple Church.

The excellent care of Mr. Pruitt is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
