Mrs. Mary Frances Hudson-Stephens, native and former resident of LaGrange, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2020.

Mrs. Stephens was the daughter of the late Julius and Sarah Hudson.

She was a 1970 graduate of East Depot High School where she excelled on the Wolverines Basketball Team.

She joined Zion Hill Baptist Church (Cox Street) at an early age and later with New Life Presbyterian Church of Atlanta.

She leaves to cherish her memory, husband: Johnnie Stephens; stepchildren: Johnny (Janell) Stephens Jr. and Julian (Nicole) Stephens; seven grandchildren;  sisters: Joann Dixon, Juanita (Marvin) Person, all of LaGrange; Peggy (John) Allen, Riverdale; Nancy (Audrey) Hudson, Powder Springs; four brothers: Julius (Gloria) Hudson, Dayton, Ohio; Raymond (Lorraine) Hudson, LaGrange; Dr. Phillip Hudson, Torrance, California; Clinton (Margarita) Hudson, Power Springs; special lifelong friend, Nancy Allen, Atlanta; many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters: Fannie L. Tucker and Susie M. Copeland.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
