Mr. Marvin Leon Morgan, Jr.

1943-2020

Mr. Marvin Leon Morgan, Jr., of LaGrange, passed away on March 5, 2020. He was born on Jan. 29, 1943, to the late Marvin Morgan, Sr. and Charles Coggins Morgan. In addition to his parents, Mr. Morgan is preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Morgan. Mr. Marvin Leon Morgan, Jr. proudly served our country in the United States Air Force.

Mr. Morgan is survived by his daughters, Marlene Parmer and Melissa Boswell; his brother, Charles Morgan; his grandchildren, Brandan Talley and Justin Parmer; his special K-9 companion, Chip.

A private graveside funeral service will be held at Long Cane Baptist Church on Saturday, May 9, 2020, at 3 p.m. Pastor Howard Longshore will officiate the service.

 The family will have a viewing at the cemetery from 2 p.m. until service time on Saturday.
