The LaGrange-Troup County Chamber of Commerce will hold a political forum for probate judge on Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m.

The forum will be broadcast on The LaGrange Daily News Facebook page, and will utilize Zoom, the video conferencing platform.

Incumbent Debbie Wade and challenger Leslie Jones will participate in the forum for probate judge.

The chamber has already hosted forums for board of education, coroner and judge of state court positions over the last month.

Originally, the Republican candidates — incumbent Sheriff James Woodruff and challenger Jeremy Bolt  — were set to participate as well. The chamber said the sheriff forum was canceled after the death of Woodruff’s brother on Monday.
