Daniel H. Korth, 60, of Maynardville, Tennessee passed away peacefully at his home Thursday, July 9, 2020. He earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Tennessee School of Law in 1996.  Dan was an active member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Knoxville

He is preceded in death by his mother Shirley Wright-Korth. He is survived by his three children Raleigh, Sydney, and Clayton Korth of Maynardville, father and step-mother Otto and Nancy Korth of LaGrange, Georgia, sister Valari Korth-Burts of Milbank, South Dakota.

The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville. Private funeral service will be held Wednesday at Messiah Lutheran Church, Knoxville.
