Mrs. Kathy Reynolds Carlisle, 68, of Hogansville, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2020, at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center.

Mrs. Reynolds was born January 3, 1952, in Newnan, Georgia, daughter of the late Harold Loyd Reynolds and Helen Carroll Reynolds. A lifelong resident of Hogansville, she served as secretary for a number of years at Hogansville Primary School, was Methodist by faith, was a longtime Girl Scout leader, and was a former member of the Hogansville Pilot Club.  She loved crafts and flower arranging and enjoyed trips to Biloxi.

Survivors include her daughter, Kristy Carlisle of Hogansville; son, Kevin and Jennifer Carlisle of Sharpsburg; brother, Lamar Reynolds of Hogansville; grandson, Logan Carlisle of Hogansville; and her devoted shih tzu, Skylar. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry F. Carlisle, and her brother, Michael Reynolds.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 11, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville, with interment in Myrtle Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Saturday night.
