A 32-year-old man has been arrested on five felony child molestation charges, according to the Troup County Sheriff’s Office.

On Sunday at around 6:49 p.m., a deputy from TCSO was dispatched to the West Georgia Medical Center in reference to a child molestation that happened at 403 Ginger Circle.

According to TCSO, 32-year-old Nathan Adam Knight was arrested on two counts of aggravated child molestation and three counts of child molestation. According to public information officer Sgt. Stewart Smith, child molestation is aggravated if it causes injury to the victim.

Knight was taken to the Troup County Jail.
