Mr. Dallas Tucker passed away Monday at Sadie G. Mays Rehabilitation Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
A LaGrange native, he was born June 21, 1936 to the late Will and Missouri Tucker in the Long Cane Community.
He was educated at Ethel W. Kight High School and Atlanta Beauty and Barber School.
He united with Antioch Baptist Church North of Atlanta, Georgia.
Mr. Tucker was previously employed by Anaconda Aluminum Amarlite Division and Floyd’s Barbershop, Adamsville Community, in Atlanta.
Survivors include his children: Beverly (Rod) Tucker-Childress, Carol Tucker-Burden, Norma Tucker; stepdaughters: Patrise (Doug) Perkins-Hooker and Denise (Shelby) Perkins-Griffith; grandchildren; brother, Cleveland; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws; special relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends in the chapel of Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home on Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The Service will be Saturday at 12 p.m. at L-D-R.
