Mr. Willie Henry Thompson passed away Sunday.

He was born July 5, 1947 to the late Loucious Thompson, Sr. and Carrie Lou Simpson Thompson in Troup County, Georgia.

He was previously employed by Milliken and Company’s Hillside Plant.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Thompson; children:  Willie H. Thompson, Jr., Kenneth Wilder, Connie Meredith, and Carol Thompson; four grandchildren:  thirteen great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

The Service will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home. The public viewing will be Wednesday 11 a.m.- 7 p.m.
