Mrs. Ansley Elizabeth Cox,  42, of Roswell, Georgia, passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021.

Ansley was born on Feb. 2, 1979, in Atlanta, the daughter of Joff and Lynda Brock and sister of Tyler Brock. Ansley grew up with her family in LaGrange where in 1996, she met the love of her life, John Douglas Cox, Jr. They were high school sweethearts and were united in matrimony on July 26, 2003.

This union was blessed with two loving sons, Charlie and Perry. Ansley and John loved each other deeply and shared many precious memories and adventures together, from high school, through college and throughout their married lives.

Ansley had a special ability to connect with people and she touched many lives. Above all else, she was devoted to her family and raising her two sons to become the wonderful people they are today. She was a fantastic mother with a unique and special bond with both Perry and Charlie, who she cherished above all else. She was active in the community and schools of both her children, constantly working to make their world (and the world of others) a better place.

Two of the experiences she held most dear were the two years she spent as the president of the Peachtree Corners chapter of Moms Club International and her year as the Marketing Chair for the PTO of the Fulton Academy of Science and Technology.

Ansley’s zest for life and sense of humor was apparent to all. She loved laughing and making people laugh, singing, dancing, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She was a wonderful and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Her beautiful life, genuine spirit and influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed forever.

She is survived by her devoted husband, John Douglas Cox, Jr., two loving sons Charlie and Perry; parents, Joff and Lynda Brock; brother and sister-in-law Tyler and Andrea Brock, and a wide host of other relatives and friends.
