Mrs. Martha Richardson Calhoun, 69, of Thomaston, died Sunday, Aug. 29, 2021, at the Upson Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Calhoun was born July 6, 1952, in Austel, Georgia to the late William Pierce Richardson and Ellen Cole Richardson. She was an office administrator for Ingersol Rand and a member of Union Grove Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughters, Alisha Calhoun of Hogansville and Brantley (Josh) Standard of Thomaston; sisters Shelia Cromer of Lithia Springs, Georgia and Julia Standford of Douglasville, Georgia; sister-in-law, Geneva Richardson of Winston, Georgia; brother, Mack (Vicky) Richardson of Douglasville, Georgia; and grandchild, Tucker Standard. She is preceded in death by her brother, Michael Richardson.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
