One man is dead and another has been flown to Macon for treatment following a shooting Sunday on Creed Street.

D’Marzaion Ferrell, 18, was shot in the head and killed and another 15-year-old victim had been shot in the chest and leg and was flown to Macon for treatment. Ferrell was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the LaGrange Police Department.

The LPD was called to the area of 805 Creed Street  Sunday at 11:17 a.m. and located both men in the street.

The investigation is active, but the LPD said it appears to be drug related.

Several individuals are being sought for questioning to determine what occurred during the dispute leading to the shooting.
