Gail Bailey Monan, of LaGrange, Georgia, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Sept. 23, 2021.

Mrs. Monan was born Feb. 2, 1941, in LaGrange Georgia, to the late Gladstone Bailey and Addie Bailey.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, David M. Monan; daughters, Robin Ellis and Kelle Monan (Jay Stewart); grandson, Caleb Ellis; granddaughter, Amber (Brett) Karr, great-gransdon Hudson Karr, sisters, Joyce Atkinson and Linda Williams, and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank all the staff of West Georgia Hospice for the excellent and loving care during a very difficult time.

A Graveside Funeral Service was held 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 27, 2021, at Restlawn Memory Gardens in LaGrange, Georgia.
